About
Hi, I’m Kirsty! I’ve been a dancer for over 15 years, and my love for movement has naturally led me to become a certified Pilates, barre, and ballet instructor. Injury prevention through dance first introduced me to Pilates, and I quickly fell in love with how it helps strengthen the body while keeping it safe. That passion turned into a deep commitment to helping others move better, feel stronger, and improve their overall wellbeing.
I believe movement is for everyone—no matter your age, experience, or fitness level. Whether you’re a complete beginner or someone with years of experience, my classes are designed to meet you where you are. I teach with a focus on proper alignment, anatomy awareness, and, most importantly, making sure you enjoy the process!
You can find me teaching classes at Reid Memorial Church and Mortonhall Golf Club, and I also offer private 1-2-1 sessions at your home for those looking for a more personalised experience. I can’t wait to help you discover the joy of movement and the power of Pilates in your own body!

Pricing
No commitment required for drop-ins, or save by booking monthly!
Drop-In Classes: £13.50 per class
Monthly Block Classes: £12.50 per class (minimum 4 classes)
